If you want to speak with a person, ask the assistant and it will transfer your call to our team. Telephone service hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00 (10 am to 6 pm) Madrid, Spain time.
Local numbers and cost
We publish local numbers in each country. The call is billed as a national call according to your operator's rate, and Plastic Books does not apply surcharges. If you call from another country, your operator's international rates apply.

The assistant responds in Spanish by default and, if you speak to it in another language, it can continue in Catalan, Galician, Basque, English, Portuguese, Italian, or French, among others. You can also contact via WhatsApp or email.
