We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at Plastic BooksIf for any reason this isn't the case, you have the right to return your order.

According to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007):

• Term: you have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to request a return, provided that the product is in its original condition (unused and with its packaging intact).
• How to do it:Write to us at contact@plasticbooks.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the shipping instructions. Once the product has been received and reviewed, we will refund the amount up to a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method.
• Return costs: are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived defective or an error occurred on our part.
• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the product if it has been handled more than necessary to check its condition or functioning.

❌ We cannot accept returns of:

• Unsealed CDs, vinyls or DVDs, due to copyright regulations (art. 103.d, Law 3/2014).
• Personalized books (dedications, adaptations, etc.) (art. 103.c).
• Digital content (music, eBooks or downloadable audiobooks) once the download has started and the loss of the right of withdrawal has been accepted (art. 103.m).
