After a hectic year in which many things happened, Berto arrives in the summer of 2022 with some important news that fills him with joy: he has a boyfriend. With him, and always at the side of his friends Lorelá, Hannah, and Rika, he will continue to discover himself in a time when not everything is as it seems and the sun doesn't always shine.

Pablo Carreiro (Vigo, 1985) is an illustrator, cartoonist, and psychologist by training. Influenced by pop culture and manga, he has created youth comics that combine tenderness, humor, and queer visibility. With Boy! What I love about summer, continues the emotional journey of Berto, his friends and his community, adding a story in which he says hello to teenage love with authenticity.
