About the author
Blas Corujo (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 1996) is a writer and high school teacher. A graduate in Spanish Language and Hispanic Literatures with a master's degree in Teacher Training from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, he currently works as a Spanish Language and Literature teacher for the Canary Islands Government's Department of Education. Film, literature, and the sea are his great passions. He published his first novel, The hyenas, in 2020, which is followed Irene, the pen-pushers and the marvelous machine.
