Que no se te note
THE NOVEL YOU NEED TO BE WHO YOU REALLY ARE
Que no se te note is more than a novel. It is an invitation to uncover yourself, strip down, and show your true self, with virtues and flaws, with vulnerability and weaknesses. Rocío Saiz, singer, actress, songwriter, LGTBIQ+ activist, and now writer, delivers a work that breaks imposed norms and claims authenticity without fear.
In this book, Saiz mixes essays, personal experiences, and fiction to question universal themes such as love, happiness, and freedom. A book that moves between the intensity of a punk concert, the rawness of a play, and the catharsis of group therapy. A demonstration that being a good person is also attractive and that the true revolution is to be noticed.
Rocío Saiz (Madrid, 1991) is a singer, actress, multifaceted artist, and LGTB activist. She was the vocalist of Monterrosa and leader of Las Chillers until, in 2021, she decided to start a solo career releasing Amor amargo. In 2023 she released Autoboicot y descanso, her second album. She currently participates in Marc Giró’s radio program on RAC1, Vostèprimer, and in Que parezca un accidente, on Radio 3, where she addresses feminism and activism on the margins. As an actress, she has triumphed with her first film, La amiga de mi amiga. In 2022 she received the prestigious Pluma Award granted by FELGTB. Que no se te note is her first novel.
