Ruud Delagrange arrives in Paris on a winter day when the streets are covered in grey snow.

Having recently joined Industrie d'Arsonval, the country's largest company, she finds herself facing a relentless reality: a city shaken by strikes and a constant struggle with the pain that consumes her body.
