About the author

José Ángel Rico Sierra is an actor and radio contributor. He lives in Barcelona, where he participates in the Ona de Sants radio station, sharing his passion for music, film, and pop culture. He was born in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, but his heart is in Cabeza del Buey, the town in Badajoz where his family is from and which he also considers home. His roots are deeply present in his way of presenting stories: with tenderness, a sense of humor, and disarming honesty.

Toc y Pop It is her first book, a story in which she mixes memories, songs and emotions to talk naturally about mental health, from personal experience and without ever losing her smile.
