Author's biography
Federico García Lorca (Fuente Vaqueros, Granada, 1898 – executed in 1936) is one of the key figures in 20th-century literature. He traveled throughout Europe and America, directed the theater company La Barraca, and wrote some of the most representative works of Spanish theater, such as Blood Wedding, Yerma and The House of Bernarda AlbaHe is also the author of fundamental poetry collections such as Gypsy Ballads and Poet in New York.
Biography of the illustrator
Ilu Ros (Mula, 1985) is an illustrator with a degree in Fine Arts and Audiovisual Communication. She began her career in London and has worked on books such as Our things and FedericoHer work, recognized with international awards and accolades, stands out for its expressive and narrative style. A rural trilogy, returns to the Lorca universe with a contemporary and deeply emotional perspective.
